Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
By creating an account or using PixelPanda, you agree to these terms. If something here is a dealbreaker for you, don't use the service. (But honestly, it's all pretty standard stuff.)
1. A Few Definitions
Just so we're on the same page:
- "Service" = the PixelPanda website, your dashboard, our API, and all the AI tools we offer
- "Credits" = the tokens you spend each time you process an image or make a video
- "Content" = your uploads plus whatever we generate from them
"We" is the PixelPanda team. "You" is you.
2. Eligibility
You have to be 18 or older. When you sign up, you're confirming that's the case and that the info you gave us is accurate. Keep your password safe — if your cousin logs in and burns all your credits, that's between you and your cousin, not us.
3. Credits & Billing
Each subscription tier gives you a monthly credit allowance. Image processing typically costs 1 credit per operation. Videos are pricier — a 5-second clip runs about 75 credits because the AI compute behind it is significantly more expensive.
Credits roll over month to month. They don't vanish as long as you stay subscribed. Cancel and you keep everything until the billing period you already paid for runs out.
Pricing could change eventually, but we'll let you know ahead of time if it does.
4. Don't Do These Things
Whatever you upload and create is on you. Specifically, don't use PixelPanda for:
- Anything illegal or designed to harm someone
- Ripping off other people's copyrighted work or trademarks
- Making deepfakes or misleading content
- Uploading images you don't have the rights to
- Gaming credit limits or trying to bypass payment
- Trying to reverse-engineer our AI models or scrape our platform
- Reselling the service or white-labeling it as your own product
- Overloading our servers on purpose
And here's the indemnification bit: if you do something on PixelPanda that gets us dragged into a legal mess, you're covering those costs.
5. Who Owns What
Your uploads belong to you. The images and videos we generate for you? Also yours — full commercial license, use them in ads, on Amazon, on Instagram, wherever. By uploading, you're giving us permission to process the files, but that permission is strictly for running the service. We don't take ownership of your stuff.
One important catch: make sure you actually have rights to what you upload. Stock photos sometimes have clauses against AI processing. Photos of real people need consent. That responsibility is yours, not ours.
Everything gets auto-deleted after 30 days. And no, we don't use your images for training.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments go through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel from your account settings page at any point — you won't get charged again, and you keep access through the end of whatever you already paid for.
Refunds? Case by case. If you signed up yesterday, haven't used any credits, and want your money back, we'll probably say yes. If you've been on the plan for three weeks and burned through half your credits, probably not. Reach out to support@pixelpanda.ai and we can talk about it.
Any applicable sales tax or VAT is on you.
7. Uptime (No Guarantees)
We try hard to keep things running 24/7, but we can't promise it. Sometimes we need to do maintenance. Sometimes Replicate (our AI provider) has an outage that cascades down to us. We'll give heads-up for planned downtime when we can, but unplanned stuff is … well, unplanned.
8. Our IP
The PixelPanda platform itself — the code, the design, the brand, the AI pipelines we've built — that's all ours. Your generated content is yours to use commercially. But the tools that made it? Those stay with us. Don't copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that break these rules, commit fraud, or go completely inactive for 12+ months. You can delete your own account from settings whenever you want.
10. The "As Is" Part
PixelPanda is provided as-is. No warranties on merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. AI is unpredictable by nature — always double-check output before you use it in production.
If something goes wrong, the most we'd owe you is what you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or anything consequential. Yeah, this paragraph is the most "lawyer-y" part of the whole page, but it has to be here.
11. Privacy
There's a separate Privacy Policy that covers what data we collect and how we handle it. Worth reading too, and it's equally short.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may change these terms occasionally. Meaningful changes get an email notification. If you keep using the service after a change goes live, you're agreeing to the updated version.
13. Governing Law
Delaware law applies. Any disputes get resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
14. Questions
Email support@pixelpanda.ai. Real person on the other end, usually within a day.
Note: Using PixelPanda means you accept these terms.
